DIGITAL PARTNER COMMITTMENT
Naples Grande Beach Resort sources Sabre's SynXis booking engine for digital room reservation transactions. We are proud to partner with Sabre as they have also committed to digital accessibility and have taken steps to be compliant with the current standards. OUr current version of the booking engine (RBE) is slated to be WCAG 2.0 Level A compliant by June 30, 2018 (all devices covered).
TAKING ACTION & ONGOING EFFORTS
Naples Grande Beach Resort has contracted a reputable Digital Accessibility Agency who fully audits our site using live testers and assist us in implementing the necessary changes to make our site accessible to everyone including anyone using a screen reader, magnifier, voice recognition software, captions, alternative text and other assistive devices. We are working diligently to make these updates in a timely fashion and will continuously audit and update our site. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES AT OUR NAPLES, FLORIDA BEACH RESORT
- Accessible guestrooms upon request including rooms with grab bars in shower and at toilet, hearing impaired rooms, roll in showers, TDD phones with visual ringers and doorbells
- "Accessibility Kits" that can assist with special guest needs
- Chair lifts at all three pools
- Accessible tram
- Beach wheelchair
- Ramps and/or elevators to all public spaces *Please note that the ADA lift from the pool deck to the tram pickup is currently out of order. Our team is working diligently to have this repaired as soon as possible. To catch the beach tram an accessible tram can be arranged for pickup on the front drive (by valet) or in P2 parking garage (by the door leading from the pool deck to the garage).
