What Will Remain Open During the Renovation

While the main resort is closed, the following Naples Grande experiences will continue to operate throughout the renovation period:

  • Rhode’s End Restaurant
  • Clam Pass Beach and Tram Services
  • Naples Tennis Academy

These amenities will remain accessible and operational, allowing guests and locals to continue enjoying select Naples Grande offerings.

Reservations & Booking Information

Overnight accommodations at the main resort will not be available between April 1 and December 31, 2026. Reservations for arrivals beginning January 1, 2027 are now being accepted.

Guests with existing reservations during the closure period will be contacted directly with flexible rebooking or cancellation options.

What happens if I already have a reservation?

Our team will work with you to modify or cancel your reservation with flexibility. If you have booked through a third party, they will contact you.

When will Naples Grande reopen?

We look forward to welcoming guests back in January 2027.

Is the resort fully closed during this time?

Guest rooms, meeting spaces, and core resort facilities will be closed. Select amenities listed above will remain open.

Can I book a stay during the renovation?

Stays at the main resort are unavailable during the closure. Future reservations beginning

January 1, 2027 are welcome.
