Know the details before planning your next big meeting or important event at Naples Grande. Here, we’ve compiled a list of FAQs to help you create a memorable event.

Transportation & Parking

Is transportation available to/from the airport?

Naples Grande does not provide transportation to or from the airport. Taxis and ride sharing services are available, or groups can choose to book a private shuttle/car service in advance.

Does the hotel provide parking?

Valet parking is available for $28 per car per night. Self-parking is available for $18 per car per night.

Equipment & Services

Is there high-speed internet or Wi-Fi available?

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

Is there AV equipment available to use or rent?

PSAV is our in-house AV provider for meetings and events. Staff is on-site during the sales and planning process to help you choose the best technology for a successful function.

Is setup and cleanup included?

There are no additional fees for standard event/meeting set-up and teardown.

Is catering available?

Naples Grande offers catering services, and our chefs will work with your team to create unique plates for your event. See our Banquet Event Menu for the extensive list of food and drink items available.

Booking Space

How can I reserve a meeting/conference space?

Please submit a Request for Proposal with the details of your event, and one of our event planners will be in contact with you.

What types of space are available for rent?

We have various conference facilities and multi-purpose event rooms with capacities ranging from 40 to 1,660. Outside meeting or event space is also available including our pools.

Is there office space available for rent?

Smaller breakout rooms are available and can be used as office space during a conference.

How far in advance should I book event space?

Events should be booked in advance as recommended below:

Associations: 6-24 months

Weddings: 3-24 months

Corporate: 6-12 months

SMERF: 3-12 months

Local Businesses: 1 week-12 months

Are there discounts available for group bookings?

Naples Grande has a variety of offers for meeting planners such as AV and catering discounts, and cash offers depending on your event type and group size. See our list of offers here.

Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Guests arriving prior to 4 p.m. are welcome to enjoy resort amenities by checking their luggage with the Bell Desk.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out is based on availability the day of.


Can I send packages and meeting materials to the hotel in advance?

Materials can be sent to the hotel three days in advance. Services can be arranged with our business center.

Is there a fitness center available?

Naples Grande has a 24-hour, fully-equipped fitness center with personal training and yoga classes available.

Are rollaway beds available?

Rollaway beds are only available for king-bedded guestrooms and suites; limit of one rollaway bed per room and based on availability. There is a nightly charge of $30.
